Be silent, just to yourself. Take a moment to relax…breathe…close your eyes . . . all right—now, begin to notice your body…what is inside you…pay attention inwardly, in your body, perhaps in your stomach or chest. Now see what comes there when you ask, “How is my life going? What is the main thing keeping me from feeling my best right now?” Sense what is happening within your body. Let the answers come slowly from this sensing. When some concern comes up, DO NOT GO INSIDE IT. Step back a bit…acknowledge “Yes, that’s there. I can feel that, there.” Now, let there be more space between you and that. You can put it outside the house or package it in a box for the shelf… Then ask what else you feel. Wait again, and sense.
