Corner Counsellor

FAQ's

It is talk-based counselling intended to help people discover, challenge and change unhelpful ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.

I use many interventions however I approach each person using a family systems framework to conceptualize; I ground my work in Brief Therapy (Solution-Focused Therapy), Attachment Theory and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Overall, my approach to counselling is anti-oppressive, client-centered and trauma-informed.

There are so many connected issues and sub-issues to select just one. I have done most of my work with women and couples.
